Room 9 is ready for a wonderful new school year!!! I can't wait to see you all at Open House on Tuesday, August 30th from 8:00 - 9:00 a.m. The first day of school is on Wednesday, August 31st! I'm so excited to see all of you!! We are going to have a fabulously fun year in second grade!
We have done a FABULOUS job of being safe, kind, and doing our best! We filled our Champ Band bin!! The students of Room 9 wanted a fort day so we "built" forts out of plastic table clothes and we used flashlights to do our work! We had such a fun Friday!
We had a whole school celebration today for filling our Champ Band Bins!! We had a midnight dance party this morning with 3 awesome songs. The students picked "Astronaut in the Ocean", "We Don't talk About Bruno", and "Timber". Here are some pictures from our epic dance party!
We have had such a wonderful year filled with lots of laughs, learning, and fun!! Here is a picture of our final bulletin board! Each student cut out 4-5 butterflies and wrote something they learned in second grade that they didn't think they'd ever be able to do!! We've learned SO MUCH and we are ready to fly to MBS!!
